Story & Final Verdict:

After failures Allu Sirish is keen to make a success and now came up with a Malayalam remake "ABCD" Which released in 2013 at kerala starring Dulquer Salman, looking into Allu Sirish's ABCD (American born confused desi), Aravind prasad(sirish) born with silver spoon to a millionaire who lives in America and always love to enjoy rich life , bala shanmugam (bharath) will accompany him all the time, due to a reason they both were sent to India for a month , when arriving to india they came to know that it was a trap by his father who blocked his mode of income to make him know about the value of money.

Aravind struggles a lot to survive in India and also lives in a slum and manages to live with 83 rupess a day, parlelly he gains some popularity by living a simple life being a millionaire, and here comes an political plot which turns around the people of slum where aravind lives and enters into politics and became rival to a political leader, and story is about how life in india changes his mind and how he manages the political power. Coming to the technical aspects music by judaah sandy is impressive especially "Mellaga Mellaga" song. coming to the artists performance allu sirish is okeyish and need to improve more and heroine rukshar is cute with her performance and bharath is good and vennela kishore who played a anchor role is the saving part of the film.

One the whole, ABCD is a below average entertainer which works only in parts. The film is ok with the first half but the boring second half and the bad narration takes the things down. So, watch the film with low expectations if you are free this weekend.

Bottom Line: A Boring Confused Drama!
