Story & Final Verdict:

Much Awaited biopic of Legendary Actor and Politician N T Rama Rao 's Bio Pic has been done by his son Nandamuri Balakrishna and his team, The Team Decided to Show Biopic in 2 parts as Ntr Kathanayakudu and Ntr Mahanayakudu the first part NTR Kathanayakudu releases on january 9th 2019 and now 2nd part is released this friday. After NTR Kathanayakudu, all eyes are on NTR Mahanayakudu. The second part is based on NTR’s historic journey in politics NTR Mahanayakudu’s story begins with NTR launching the Telugu Desam Party. He then tours across the Andhra Pradesh and campaigns on his iconic Chaitanya Ratham, with his son Harikrishna(kalyan ram). With the massive public support, NTR becomes the Chief Minister. Story now begins when NTR loses power due to a political conspiracy. How NTR fights his way back to power and how his wife Basavatarakam (Vidya Balan) loses her battle with cancer.

On the whole, NTR Mahanayakudu showcases NTR, the legendary politician, to the current generation. Balakrishna’s splendid performance as NT Rama Rao and Vidya Balan's Performance are the major highlights of this political drama. The movie is largely based on the '80s politics, of how NTR became the chief minister to his differences with Indira Gandhi and how he stood firm in what he’d believed. Another key character in the movie is Bhaskar Rao, How he played important turnout in NTR's journey. And the other main character of this political drama is on Chandrababu Naidu, also NTR’s son-in law, on how he’d helped keep the Telugu Desam Party intact. Naidu’s role in pulling the party out during some extremely tough times has been very well highlighted. Rana Daggubati played a spendid performance as CBN. On a Whole Mahanayakudu is an above average fare drags in bits. It also feels incomplete, since it’s a small part of the political journey upto 1985 and feels like if the movied portrayed in a single part it could have been better if you are a Hardcore fan of CBN and NTR you can watch this NTR Mahanayakudu With out Hesitation.

Bottom Line:  Political Journey of CBN's NTR !
